PART 3 OF AN ON GOING SAGA WHICH PITS A.D.H.D. RECORDS
AGAINST HOLLYWOOD AND THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. AS THEY CONTINUE TO
RIP OFF THE LITTLE GUY AND THE STRUGGLING ARTIST. FOR MILLIONS .
AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT NAPSTER. JUST THIS ONE
STORY IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF A MAJOR RIP OFF....BUT THEY RIPPED
OFF THE WRONG PERSON THIS TIME......MAN I'M SO PISSED I ALREADY
HAVE PART 4 AND 5 WRITTEN
RADD THE
DOORS THE LIES AND OTHER THINGS: PART 3
If
they wanted to prove me wrong, they could have over the past
year when I had called them and respectfully tried to discussed
it with The Doors Music Company, the lawyers for the Doors Music
Company and the president of R.A.D.D. but like they robbed the
very concept and the idea while I was sending it to them and
begging them to use it for two years as they created R.A.D.D.
behind my back. They ignored me and gave me every excuse in the
book for why they couldn't let me use it. It’s a typical
Hollywood story. Now they want to ignore me because they know I
have the proof. After months of investigation on them and
finding my own letters and original drafts, in all the piles of
ads and songs and letters that I have created over the last 20
years I was able to find the original proof..
I have written two articles on my site and I am working on the
third, as well as contacting The Traffic Safety Dept., N.H.T.S.A,
THE AD COUNCIL OF WASHINGTON D.C., ROLLING STONE MAG, SPIN
MAGAZINE, as well as the LA TIMES. What really pisses me off is
that this company was build on false pretenses that they made up
to try and cover up the tracks that might lead back to me, but
they don't even have a good story on how it was created. On
their site, they claim that some DJ just happened to mention it
to Mr. Manezerek. There is, however, no name mentioned. and just
like I am doing now if I were that DJ, I would demand that my
name be added and get my name on its creation. However, there is
no one. They prefabricated the whole story and after I contacted
them they even added a disclaimer to the bottom of their page
that says information may be wrong ...yadee yada. Yea, it may be
wrong! It is wrong! All of it is wrong because I told them it
was and they all remembered me as a very persistent guy back
then... especially Mr. Swartz, whose last words to me were he
admired my persistence.
Because after 2 years of banging on their door, I was now trying
to make him feel guilty. I started saying, “Are you going to
wait till someone in your family gets killed by a drunk
driver?” ....I mean I tried every thing ...I even sent a
letter to the Los Angeles Times, Times Mirror Square L.A.,
California 90053
Att: Alma Cook at the Calendar Desk. As well as Ben Edmonds from
Rolling Stone magazine You see, Mr. Swartz , Mr. Sugarman, Mrs.
Melisano, Mr. David Nevins Jr.,
What you have is an organization that was my idea, that I pushed
on you for two years, that I have letters and drafts of,
letters, and phone numbers, and names of all the people I tried
to contact to push this idea through. Yes, I was persistent for
two years because it was a great idea and it still is .... and
unless you can prove me wrong with all the evidence I have
showing how I created it, that would mean that you robbed it.
With all the money and the life you guys had, you robbed a 22
-year-olds idea. That idea could have changed my life. You
deprived this twenty two-year-old of his dream and all of you
conspired. Yes, I was persistent back then, but after two years
I had to move on and I was putting my energy into other
creations that I was working on at the same time ...like a song
for the Statue of Liberty and its renovation and anti drug
commercials and anti -drug rap songs that I was looking to do
with Mr. T, trying to break into the business with B.B.D&O.
an advertising agency, created my own greeting card line that
I'm turning into the next blue mountain on the web, I was always
trying to create new ideas and break new grounds and I always
did .....and I still do, but I wanted to have a family and had
kids in 1991, so I gave some of my persistence and time to
switch course, but I never stopped creating. I started my own
record label in 97 to bring all the ideas I created to life as
MP3 became the new frontier. Then, ironically, an auto accident
slowed down my plans to a crawl in ‘99 just when I was about
to bust loose. Then on a cold winter snowy night while in 2001 I
was riding home from a friend’s house, don't ask me why, but
fate always plays a big part , in life and for the first time I
heard that commercial that could have launched my career and the
thousand of ideas I have. If you thought I was persistent then,
you have inspired a whole new breed of inspiration in me. It’s
like I was 22 all over again, and as Hendrix put it, “Here I
come baby .I'm coming to get ya.”.
