Now that I have this whole web site figured out and the first album is out of the way it's time to introduce the little people ( just kidding guys ) who helped along the way and are part of ROCKMAN..... after all the yelling I had to put up with just a little pay back , I told them I'd get them back. thought they don't agree with me most of the time the have gotten use to me and know what I'm looking for it's evident in the songs that we make, ..and why I let them yell at me. Sacrifice. What is Rockman? ROCKMAN is mainly a studio project that I put together. To build a records company. I know I can do better, but there isn't enough time or money to do everything I want, and be as anal as these guys want me to be about the music. Between building the site and working around everyone's schedules, everything is starting to work out. Who is Rockman? I am ROCKMAN. I have been since I was 15 .That makes me? I was born ROCKMAN, THE ONE AND ONLY. Everything you see, read and hear is me, singer, singer/songwriter/producer/webmaster/marketer/....ROCKMAN is not just a name, it is what I am and who I am. ROCKMAN is a style, not only a persona, if you listen to the songs, you're not only listening to Rock, Rap, Metal, R&B, Country , you're listening to me .ROCKMAN.....what MUSIC MADE ME...hence the name DIVERSE-CITY . and I have plenty more albums that I am starting to record. You ain't heard nothing yet. I like the sound of the 70's the raw garage sound the first takes, over the refine studio sound ,over analyzed ,there's more to music than the music there's emotions, heart and soul. so far Dave (the rave) Schwall ....Dave writes most of the tunes with me, plays guitar lead and rhythm, also bass on a few songs..his taste is also diverse but is geared more towards the old time blues, ala rolling stones, and is a perfect collaborator. Robert Swart .....mainly a bass player also plays guitar, and a song writer who has very nice composing skills. I will be putting up some of his solo stuff as he finishes it, we are working on Mondala together Chuck Davis.....over anal guitar and bass player, but very good. That's why I put up with him. He mainly lays down most of the great leads you hear and is very versatile and diverse. He can fit into any song and work it as long as I guide him... lol.... Deborah Henriksen.......co writes on a few songs, guitarist and key boards, also injects a folk sound in to the project. Steve Religh....is a jazz musician and guitarist who works at his studio with me to mix the tracks ,hey he has better hearing, he also fills in some guitar parts we are working on few new songs together if you like jazz stop by his place LWR Keys are done by various people as I put more songs out you will hear them. Rockman plays on "Dont Turn Your Back on Love" Drums are programmed for now ....if albums take off I will redo them with a real drummer. Backing Vocals: on "Take Me Home " DEBBIE MAJOR ROCKMAN: you heard enough about me already! but if you listen to the music you will hear what i am talking about ......thank you The main thing is to get the music out
